Podrum Lukić produces rakija ─ Serbian brandy, in the traditional way by using the method of double distillation which is combined with modern technological procedures for fruit processing. They choose the highest quality fruits that are fully technologically mature. Special attention is paid to controlling the processes of fermentation and distillation of fermented pomace. Distillation takes place in two 500 liters copper stills with electrical stirrers that are made by a coppersmith shop “Barbut” from Prokuplje. The distillate is aged in 500 liters oak barrels before bottling.
